Shipping & Delivery
Last Updated: September, 2026
SENOXY supplies hyperbaric chambers to international customers through order-specific production and delivery arrangements. Because equipment dimensions, configurations, destinations, and project requirements vary, shipping is coordinated individually rather than through standard delivery services.
This policy outlines how shipping arrangements, preparation, documentation, and delivery responsibilities are handled. Specific terms agreed in a quotation, Proforma Invoice, or sales agreement will govern the relevant order.
Shipping Destinations
SENOXY works with customers across international markets. Shipping feasibility, transportation methods, and destination requirements are reviewed according to the product and delivery location.
Customers are encouraged to provide their destination country, preferred delivery location, and any specific logistical requirements during the quotation process.
Shipping availability is subject to applicable regulations, transportation restrictions, and carrier services.
Shipping Costs & Arrangements
International freight costs are borne by the customer. Shipping expenses are assessed separately from product pricing unless the agreed quotation expressly provides otherwise.
Customers may appoint their own freight forwarder or request SENOXY to assist in arranging transportation through logistics providers.
Shipping costs depend on factors including:
-
Product model, quantity, and packed dimensions
-
Destination and transportation route
-
Selected freight method
-
Handling, terminal, and destination requirements
Any freight arrangements coordinated by SENOXY will be discussed with the customer before confirmation. The agreed costs, services, and responsibilities will be documented in the relevant order documents.
Production & Preparation
Many SENOXY chambers are produced or configured according to confirmed order requirements. Production schedules may vary based on the model, configuration, quantity, component availability, and inspection arrangements.
Estimated preparation and production times are communicated during quotation or order confirmation.
Production completion and shipment are separate milestones. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any outstanding balance is payable after production completion and before shipment release.
Special payment arrangements may be considered on an order-specific basis.
Pre-Shipment Inspection & Packing
SENOXY coordinates applicable pre-shipment checks with its manufacturing partners according to the confirmed equipment configuration and order requirements.
Before shipment, equipment is prepared using protective packaging appropriate to its size, structure, and transportation method.
Depending on the model, packaging may include protective materials, reinforced cartons, pallets, or wooden cases. Some components may be packed separately to support safer transportation.
Packaging details and available inspection documentation can be discussed before shipment.
Trade Terms & Responsibilities
International delivery arrangements are determined individually for each order.
The applicable trade terms, named delivery point, freight responsibilities, and allocation of transportation-related risks will be agreed with the customer and recorded in the quotation, Proforma Invoice, or sales agreement.
Responsibilities relating to export procedures, international freight, insurance, customs clearance, inland transportation, unloading, and other delivery services depend on the agreed arrangements.
Services not expressly included in the confirmed order should not be assumed to be included.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, inspection fees, brokerage charges, and other destination-specific costs.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the customer is responsible for destination import procedures and associated charges.
Customers should confirm applicable import requirements and the suitability of the equipment for their intended market before ordering.
SENOXY can provide available commercial and shipping documentation associated with the order. Customs clearance and regulatory decisions remain subject to the relevant authorities.
Transit Times & Documentation
Estimated transportation times depend on the shipping method, destination, carrier schedules, and customs procedures.
Production time and international transit time are quoted separately where applicable.
Shipment dates and delivery estimates are indicative unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Depending on the agreed transportation arrangement, relevant documents may include:
-
Commercial Invoice
-
Packing List
-
Bill of Lading or Air Waybill
-
Available shipment or tracking information
-
Other agreed shipping documents
Where a customer appoints their own freight forwarder, shipment updates and transportation documents may be provided directly by that forwarder.
Receiving & Inspecting Your Shipment
Customers should confirm that their receiving location is suitable for the equipment before transportation is arranged.
For larger chambers, important considerations may include access dimensions, unloading space, lifting equipment, and the route to the intended installation area.
Upon receipt, customers should inspect the external packaging and equipment as soon as reasonably possible.
If visible damage is identified:
-
Photograph the packaging and affected areas.
-
Record the damage with the carrier where possible.
-
Retain the original packaging and supporting documents.
-
Contact SENOXY promptly with relevant photographs and order information.
Freight damage claims may be subject to the applicable carrier or insurance reporting requirements. Claims and responsibilities will be handled according to the agreed delivery terms and relevant contractual arrangements.
Installation & Delivery Coordination
Delivery and installation are separate activities unless specifically included in the confirmed order.
Depending on the product and project requirements, SENOXY may coordinate access to available installation documentation, remote setup guidance, and technical communication with manufacturing partners.
On-site installation, specialized unloading, lifting equipment, and other destination services must be discussed and confirmed separately where applicable.
Customers should review equipment access, electrical requirements, and installation space before confirming their order.

Changes, Delays & Contact
Changes to shipping instructions, delivery locations, or logistics arrangements after order confirmation may affect costs and schedules.
Once transportation has been arranged or cargo has been dispatched, certain changes may no longer be possible.
International shipments may also be affected by carrier schedules, port congestion, customs inspections, weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances beyond SENOXY's reasonable control.
SENOXY will assist with relevant communication and coordination within the scope of its agreed responsibilities. Any applicable contractual rights and obligations remain governed by the confirmed order terms.
