Terms

Last Updated: September, 2026

Welcome to SENOXY. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SENOXY website, including information, quotation requests, communications, products, and related services made available through this website.

By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting a quotation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

Specific product purchases may also be subject to additional terms stated in a quotation, proforma invoice, purchase agreement, order confirmation, warranty document, or other written agreement between SENOXY and the customer. Where there is a conflict between these website Terms and a separately agreed written sales document, the terms of the specific sales document will apply to that transaction.

01

SENOXY provides hyperbaric chambers and related wellness and recovery equipment for customers in international markets.

This website is intended to provide general information about our products, capabilities, manufacturing, configuration options, delivery support, and related services.

Products displayed on this website may include different models, sizes, configurations, materials, accessories, specifications, and optional features. Availability may vary by market and project requirements.

02

You may use this website for legitimate informational and business purposes, including researching products, contacting SENOXY, and requesting quotations.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems or data.

  • Copy, reproduce, scrape, or commercially exploit substantial portions of website content without permission.

03

Product Information

We aim to present product information as accurately and clearly as reasonably possible.

However, photographs, illustrations, renderings, specifications, dimensions, colors, configurations, accessories, technical details, and other information displayed on the website are provided for general reference.

Because many SENOXY products may be configured according to customer requirements, the final product may differ from images or examples shown on the website.

Product specifications and designs may also be updated as part of ongoing engineering, manufacturing, or product development.

For any purchase, the specifications stated in the final quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, technical agreement, or other agreed sales documentation will take precedence over general website information.

04

Quotations and Orders

Submitting a Request a Quote form or contacting SENOXY does not create a purchase contract or require either party to proceed with a transaction.

After receiving your inquiry, we may request additional information regarding matters such as:

  • Product type

  • Intended use

  • Required configuration

  • Chamber size or capacity

  • Destination country or region

  • Delivery requirements

  • Installation environment

  • Electrical requirements

  • Optional accessories or customization

Based on the information provided, SENOXY may issue a quotation, proforma invoice, technical proposal, or other commercial document.

An order becomes effective only after the relevant commercial terms have been accepted and any required payment or deposit has been received in accordance with the applicable quotation, invoice, or sales agreement.

Quotation validity periods, production schedules, payment arrangements, and other project-specific conditions will be stated in the relevant commercial documentation.

05

Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed or discussed on the website are for general reference only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Final pricing may depend on factors including:

  • Product model and configuration

  • Customization

  • Accessories

  • Order quantity

  • Packaging requirements

  • Destination

  • Shipping method

  • Installation requirements

  • Taxes, duties, and import charges

  • Currency and payment arrangements

The final applicable price will be the price stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation, or other written sales document accepted for the transaction.

06

Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales agreement, or other applicable transaction document.

Depending on the transaction, payment may involve a deposit followed by a balance payment or another mutually agreed arrangement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made using the correct account and payment information provided by SENOXY.

If you receive unexpected instructions requesting payment to a different account, you should verify those instructions directly with SENOXY before sending funds.

Bank charges, currency conversion fees, intermediary bank fees, taxes, or other transaction-related costs may apply depending on the payment method and transaction terms.

07

Production and Lead Times

Production schedules may vary according to product model, configuration, customization, production capacity, order volume, component availability, and other manufacturing factors.

Any estimated production or completion date provided before order confirmation is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Confirmed production schedules will be communicated as part of the applicable order documentation.

Changes requested by the customer after order confirmation may affect production time, cost, delivery, or other project requirements.

08

Shipping and Delivery

SENOXY may support domestic and international shipping depending on the destination and order requirements.

Shipping arrangements may include commonly used international trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, or other agreed arrangements where available.

The applicable shipping term, delivery responsibility, destination, freight arrangement, and associated costs will be specified in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales agreement, or shipping documentation.

Where Incoterms are expressly incorporated into a transaction, the version specified in the relevant commercial document will apply.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. International shipments may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, port congestion, carrier delays, weather, inspections, regulatory procedures, or other logistical events.

For additional information, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

09

Import Duties, Taxes and Local Requirements

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, permits, registrations, inspections, or other costs imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable quotation or delivery terms, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are also responsible for confirming whether a product may be lawfully imported, installed, operated, or used in their jurisdiction.

Product classification, registration, certification, installation, and operating requirements may differ between countries and regions.

SENOXY may provide available documentation and reasonable assistance where appropriate, but customers should confirm local requirements before placing an order.

10

Installation and Site Preparation

Installation requirements vary according to the product and installation environment.

Before delivery or installation, customers may be required to prepare appropriate:

  • Access routes

  • Floor space

  • Structural support

  • Electrical connections

  • Ventilation

  • Environmental conditions

  • Utility connections

  • Other site-specific requirements

Where installation guidance, remote assistance, on-site support, commissioning, or training is included, the scope will be stated in the applicable quotation or project agreement.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the installation site and ensuring that the location is reasonably suitable for the equipment.

Additional costs caused by inadequate site preparation, inaccessible locations, customer-requested changes, or conditions not disclosed before delivery may be charged separately where applicable.

11

Inspection and Acceptance

Customers should inspect delivered equipment within a reasonable period after receipt.

Any visible shipping damage, missing items, packaging damage, or material discrepancy should be documented promptly with photographs or other supporting information and reported to SENOXY as soon as reasonably possible.

Where damage appears to have occurred during transportation, customers may also be required to cooperate with the carrier, freight forwarder, insurer, or other relevant party.

Specific inspection and acceptance procedures may be stated in the applicable sales or shipping documentation.

12

Returns and Refunds

Large equipment, customized products, made-to-order configurations, international freight, and installation-related services may be subject to different return conditions from ordinary consumer goods.

Eligibility for cancellation, return, replacement, or refund depends on factors including the product, production status, customization, shipment status, condition of the equipment, and applicable transaction terms.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for additional information.

Where a separately signed agreement, quotation, order confirmation, or proforma invoice contains transaction-specific cancellation or refund provisions, those provisions will apply to that order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

13

Warranty

Applicable warranty coverage may vary according to product model, components, destination, and commercial agreement.

Warranty periods, coverage, exclusions, service procedures, replacement parts, and customer responsibilities will be described in the applicable warranty documentation or transaction agreement.

Please refer to our Warranty Policy for general information.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage resulting from circumstances such as misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, unsuitable operating conditions, accidents, failure to follow operating instructions, or normal wear and tear, subject to the specific warranty applicable to the product.

14

Product Use and Safety

Customers and operators are responsible for reading and following the instructions, safety information, operating procedures, maintenance guidance, and warnings supplied with the equipment.

Equipment should only be installed, operated, maintained, or serviced in accordance with applicable instructions and local requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that operators are appropriately trained where training is required.

Information on this website is provided for general product and wellness-related informational purposes and should not be interpreted as individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

For further information regarding health-related content on the website, please review our Disclaimer.

15

Regulatory and Certification Information

Regulatory classifications, approvals, registrations, certifications, and permitted uses may vary between products, configurations, countries, and regions.

The presence of a certification, test report, standard, registration, or other document does not necessarily mean that every product or configuration is approved for every market or intended use.

Customers should verify the requirements applicable to their intended use and destination before purchasing.

Where specific certifications or documentation are required, these requirements should be communicated to SENOXY before the order is confirmed.

16

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SENOXY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising solely from the use of, or inability to use, this website.

For product purchases and commercial transactions, liability will be governed by the applicable quotation, sales agreement, warranty terms, and mandatory laws applicable to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

20

Force Majeure

SENOXY will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or public health emergencies, war, civil unrest, government actions, changes in import or export restrictions, customs delays, port closures, transportation disruption, carrier failures, power outages, labor disputes, supply-chain disruption, or shortages of critical materials or components.

Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant impacts and resume performance when reasonably possible.

22

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any transaction involving SENOXY will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the contracting SENOXY entity identified in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, sales agreement, or other transaction document, unless another governing law has been expressly agreed in writing.

If a concern or dispute arises, the parties are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication.

Any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded will continue to apply.

Specific commercial transactions may contain separate provisions regarding governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration, or dispute resolution. Where agreed in writing, those transaction-specific provisions will apply to that transaction.

23

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, where permitted, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

24

No Waiver

A failure by SENOXY to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it in the future.

25

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our website, products, business practices, legal requirements, or services.

The current version will be published on this page together with the updated revision date.
