Warranty
Last Updated: September, 2026
SENOXY provides warranty support for eligible hyperbaric chambers and related equipment purchased directly from SENOXY. As an international equipment supplier, we coordinate product support with our manufacturing partners, providing technical guidance, replacement components, and practical assistance when issues arise.
This policy outlines our general warranty coverage, claim procedures, and service responsibilities. Specific warranty periods and covered components vary by product model and are confirmed in the applicable quotation, sales agreement, or warranty documentation.
The terms agreed for each order apply alongside this policy, subject to applicable law.
Warranty Coverage
SENOXY provides limited warranty coverage against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.
Coverage may apply to specified structural components, electrical systems, control systems, pressure-related components, and other eligible parts, depending on the equipment model and confirmed order terms.
Warranty periods and covered components are defined separately for each product model or component. Customers should review the applicable warranty terms before confirming their order.
The warranty generally applies to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the equipment, as established by the carrier's delivery confirmation, a signed receiving record, or other mutually accepted delivery documentation.
Different products or components may have different warranty durations. The applicable periods will be stated in the relevant order or warranty documentation.
Replacement parts provided under warranty generally remain covered for the remainder of the original applicable warranty period, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
What the Warranty Includes
When an eligible defect is confirmed, SENOXY will coordinate an appropriate resolution with its manufacturing partners.
Depending on the nature of the issue, warranty support may include:
-
Remote troubleshooting and technical diagnosis.
-
Guidance on inspection, adjustment, or corrective procedures.
-
Replacement of eligible defective components.
-
Technical instructions for repairs or component replacement.
-
Assistance in identifying suitable local technical personnel when necessary.
The appropriate solution will be determined according to the verified issue, equipment configuration, technical feasibility, and applicable warranty terms.
Complete equipment replacement or refund is not an automatic remedy for every warranty claim.
Replacement Parts & Shipping Costs
For approved warranty claims requiring replacement parts, SENOXY will provide the eligible replacement components free of charge and cover their international shipping costs.
This commitment applies to replacement components supplied as part of an approved warranty remedy.
Destination import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and other local expenses are not automatically included. Responsibility for these charges will be determined according to applicable law and the agreed contractual arrangements.
The international shipping commitment for replacement parts does not automatically extend to the return transportation of an entire chamber.
Customers should obtain SENOXY's written approval before purchasing replacement parts independently or arranging chargeable repairs.
Technical Support & Local Repairs
SENOXY primarily provides international warranty assistance through remote communication and technical coordination with its manufacturing partners.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, error information, or operating details to support diagnosis.
Where on-site inspection or repair is necessary, SENOXY may assist in identifying suitable local technical personnel. Availability will depend on the customer's location and the nature of the required work.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise or required by applicable law, local technician fees, on-site labor, travel expenses, and other third-party service charges are not automatically included in the warranty.
Any proposed paid services will be discussed with the customer before arrangements are made.
For safety reasons, work involving pressure-containing structures, electrical systems, pressure controls, or other safety-critical components should only be performed by appropriately qualified personnel following approved technical requirements.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty coverage generally does not apply to defects or damage caused by:
-
Improper installation, operation, maintenance, or storage.
-
Use outside the equipment's specified operating conditions.
-
Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations that cause or contribute to the reported issue.
-
Accidents, misuse, impact, negligence, or external damage.
-
Incorrect voltage, unsuitable electrical connections, or incompatible third-party equipment.
-
Environmental conditions outside specified requirements.
-
Normal wear, cosmetic deterioration, or consumable items not expressly covered.
-
Transportation damage, which is assessed separately under the agreed delivery terms.
An exclusion applies only to the extent relevant to the reported issue and subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Customers should follow the supplied operating and maintenance instructions and contact SENOXY before undertaking significant equipment modifications.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Customers experiencing equipment issues should contact SENOXY and provide the following information:
-
Company or customer name.
-
Order or invoice number.
-
Product model and serial number, if available.
-
Equipment delivery date.
-
Clear description of the reported issue.
-
Relevant photographs, videos, error messages, or other supporting information.
SENOXY may request additional information about installation conditions, usage history, maintenance, or equipment performance where reasonably necessary for diagnosis.
Following the assessment, SENOXY will communicate the findings, warranty eligibility, and proposed next steps.
Submitting a claim does not automatically confirm that the issue is covered under warranty.
Significant Product Issues
If a verified product defect cannot reasonably be resolved through troubleshooting, replacement parts, or repair, SENOXY will review the circumstances with the customer.
Depending on the severity of the issue, technical findings, and contractual obligations, further solutions may include additional corrective measures, replacement equipment, an agreed return, or a refund.
Any such arrangement will be determined according to the applicable sales agreement and legal requirements.
Customers should not return complete equipment without prior written authorization and agreed transportation instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Further information about returns and refunds is provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Non-Warranty Support
SENOXY may also assist customers with technical issues that fall outside the applicable warranty coverage or occur after the warranty period has expired.
Subject to availability and technical feasibility, support may include remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, or assistance coordinating appropriate technical services.
Non-warranty components, shipping, local labor, and other chargeable services may be quoted separately.
Any paid service arrangements will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
Warranty Terms & Contact
Warranty coverage is provided according to the terms applicable to the confirmed order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect or consequential business losses, including lost revenue or operational downtime, is governed by the applicable sales agreement and its enforceable limitations.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates to this policy will not automatically change warranty rights already agreed for existing orders.
For warranty questions, technical assistance, or claims, please contact SENOXY with the relevant order and equipment information.
